Abstract
The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of People Management software. PSOW currently uses separate software for the following tasks/functions:
• Time keeping (clocking in and out, requesting annual/flexi leave)
• Employee HR records (including absences)
• Employee training records
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Payroll
Ideally PSOW would like one system that can run all of the above. The intention is that the system will provide self service for managers to access their team’s information, staff to access their own personal information and HR to be able to drawdown data such as equality data and Welsh language preference and full reporting functionality.

Description of the goods or services required
