Architectural Services for the design and construction of Our Lady's School, Bangor, Gwynedd

Gwynedd Council seeks tenders for the provision of Architectural and Lead Consultant services for the design and construction of a new primary school in Bangor, Gwynedd.

The provisional value of the construction contract is £3.63M.

The school will be designed to the standards of Building Bulletin 99 (Second Edition) Briefing Framework for Primary School Projects and to the standards of other relevant Building Bulletins (for example, Acoustics, Fire).

The new school will accommodate 120 pupils, including nursery.

Gwynedd has a strong programme of achieving Community Benefits through its schools construction projects. This includes training and work experience in all areas of the project which we expect to be offered by all the main consultants on the project, in addition to the main contractor and sub-contractors. You should indicate in your Quality submission how you propose, as lead consultant, to fulfill this element and to contribute to it.
