II.1.4) Short description
The Royal Parks (“TRP”) is inviting suitably experienced Event Service Providers (“ESPs”) to submit a tender proposal to deliver its flagship mass participation event the Royal Parks Half Marathon (”RPHM”).
The ESP shall deliver five RPHM Events during the Term, with the first RPHM Event occurring in October of 2023 and the four remaining RPHM Events occurring annually each October thereafter. Each RPHM Event shall take place on the second Sunday in October annually.
TRP is seeking a leading mass participation ESP who brings knowledge, experience, and innovation from the sector. The ESP shall build on RPHM Event achievements, drive forward the sustainability vision for the event, and create demand for Places for the RPHM Event through ensuring that the runner experience is always at the forefront of improvements and innovations.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
TRP will use a two-stage ‘restricted’ tendering procedure. The first stage requires bidders to complete the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and upload this to the Delta eSourcing website https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ no later than the SQ submission deadline. SQs received after this time will automatically be rejected. SQs must be submitted by 14:00 hours on 8 October 2021. Following the evaluation of SQs received, a minimum of the 5 top-highest scoring suppliers for each lot will then be invited to tender.
