To promote a financially viable operating model, the Council is considering moving the Register Office and Registrar’s service to the venue. This provides an opportunity to revisit the current business model by providing a permanent location for one of the Council’s front-line customer focussed services and a wonderful location for the provision of wedding and civil ceremonies and other functions.
