Abstract

The purpose of this contract is to survey & issue Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s). Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has approx. 11,200 domestic properties comprising of houses, flats, bungalows and sheltered accommodation. The average number of properties becoming void every year is approximately 900. The number of WCBC properties where an Energy Performance Certificate is currently lodged, is approximately 6,000. This contract would run until September 2023.

Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of this contract is to survey & issue Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s).

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has approx. 11,200 domestic properties comprising of houses, flats, bungalows and sheltered accommodation. The average number of properties becoming void every year is approximately 900. The number of WCBC properties where an Energy Performance Certificate is currently lodged, is approximately 6,000. This contract would run until September 2023.
