Request for Quote - GLLM Sgiliaith E-learning CPD Resources 2021-22 Aim 1

Description of the goods or services required

You are invited to compete in a tender exercise for the provisioning of technical work of developing a suite of digital e-learning resources for Grwp Llandrillo Menai. The project will involve the development of five stand-alone CPD interactive e-learning packages each of which will contain approximately 1hr of training.

1/ Agriculture 2/Construction 3/Business 4/Sport 5/Leisure and tourism

The five packages must be fully interactive between the medium of Welsh and English and are required to be fully completed and submitted no later than 25/03/2022, created in Articulate Storyline Software, HTML and SCORM formats. The text will be supplied in both Welsh and English but the provider is required to have a working knowledge of the Welsh language. Submission must not exceed the Welsh Government's budget of £20,000 including VAT. Please See Request for Quote for Full details.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Completed set of 5 online resources packages can be handed over by 25/03/2022, be produced within budget of £20,000 (inc. VAT), be delivered in Articulate Storyline Software, HTML and SCORM formats.

The ability to work through the medium of Welsh with the necessary numbers of qualified/experienced staff to service the requirement.
