The Thirteen Group has a statutory obligation to appoint a suitably qualified, independent auditor for its financial accounts. This audit is to be conducted in line with appropriate accounting standards and law. This tender is for the appointment of an external auditor for delivery of the statutory audit, meeting all regulatory and legal requirements for Thirteen Housing Group (THG) and relevant subsidiaries. There is also a separate lot for the appointment of an advisor for direct taxes and indirect taxes for THG and its subsidiaries.
