Working with a local secondary school to collect litter in the area, and then use the litter to create pieces of art to be placed in the community. The idea takes inspiration from projects such as this: https://washedashore.org/

Through these sessions children will learn about their local area and show an increased interest in their heritage.

• The successful artist must hold or apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check) to ensure the safety of the children

• Day rates for providing the support and using any additional materials needed other than the litter (excluding VAT)

• It is desirable, but not required, that the successful artist can speak Welsh

• Any other information that would strengthen your application, including ideas for the type of art to be created
