Tender for roofing works at the Velindre Cancer Centre

The Velindre Cancer Centre has a house on which there is failing roof gutters chimney pointing, blocked guttering, downpipes and facia in poor state of repair. The Velindre NHS University Trust is seeking to engage a supplier to replace the existing material and perform maintenance to the chimney.

The primary purpose of this work will be to replace the roof and all rain water goods whilst also undertaking maintenance and repairs as required to the chimney and repainting the building externally. All replacement costs will be agreed with the Trust before works to undertake replacement commences.
