Gutter & Downpipes maintenance and Fascia cleaning at Velindre Cancer Centre

Description of the goods or services required

The Velindre Cancer Centre has a number of buildings on which there are failing or blocked guttering, downpipes and facia in poor state of repair. The Velindre NHS University Trust is seeking to engage a supplier to clean, maintain and where necessary replace the existing material.

The primary purpose of this work will be to recommission the guttering and downpipes whilst also undertaking maintenance and repairs as required to the facia and roofing sections. For each roof repair area you should allow to clean and recommission guttering and downpipes including all gulley’s and drains. All replacement costs for items beyond economical repair will be agreed with the Trust before works to undertake replacement commences. All works and enclosures will need to comply with fire regulations and the minimum standards set out in Health Technical Memorandum and health and safety guidance.
