Abstract
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant(s) to assess the feasibility of enhancing the role of libraries as Community Hubs post-Covid-19, to provide access, both remotely and in person to a range of services to support skills, employability and digital inclusion. The study will include 2 separate work packages.

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant(s) to assess the feasibility of enhancing the role of libraries as Community Hubs post-Covid-19, to provide access, both remotely and in person to a range of services to support skills, employability and digital inclusion.
