Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation
The Council have agreed to bring the waste service in house. Therefore, the following VEAT notice has been completed to ensure robust material solutions are in place for 3rd October, when the service is transferred back into SHDC from its current contractor. The contract duration will be 2 years.
