II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Welsh Government herein after referred to as ‘the Client’ wishes to establish a framework agreement for a Print Managed Service on an All Wales basis.

Bidders are invited to provide the service requirements as detailed in this specification. Bidders are informed that the Client is seeking a highly qualified company who can provide an efficient, cost effective and customer orientated service.

This framework agreement will run for three years, subject to annual performance reviews with an option to extend for another 12 months. Estimated framework value is based on historical spend, however, the volume of work cannot be guaranteed..

The framework will be used by the Client’s many departments and a number of Welsh Government Sponsired Bodies. Individual jobs for Welsh Government will be managed through the Welsh Government central Print Team.

Work will be commissioned from the framework via a brief which will detail the specific requirements of the required work, timescales and budget.
