Abstract

The proposed Climate Change Wall is a requirement for a high profile interactive art installation to temporarily be deployed on three campuses across the South West. The installation is proposed as a fun, innovative, and sustainable way to engage students, staff and the wider community with issues around Climate Change – attracting people who might not otherwise engage. The intention is deploy the installation aligned to the United Nations Conference of Parties 28 (COP28) which takes place 30th November to 12th December 2023, by deploying across the relevant sites on the following dates; Streatham 13-17th Nov, St Luke's 20-24th Nov, and Penryn 27th Nov-1st Dec.

We are seeking to award a contract to a single supplier as a result of this tender process, whereby we a seeking a supplier with the relevant skills and experience to project manage and develop and deliver the software and hardware for the Climate Wall working with colleagues across the University.

The supplier will be expected to manage the site surveys, logistics, and delivery of the installation for three weeks in November. Note : The appointed supplier will be working in conjunction with a pre-appointed designer / film maker on projection content.
