Abstract

The Digital Support for Aberdeenshire project aims to upskill and provide practical digital support to help and support businesses and organisations on their digital journey. It is anticipated that the model of support will largely follow previous opportunities by which the business requests for support or support is identified by the likes of a business advisor or support of that business.

The request form would be completed by the business, and they would select what support they think they would need and demonstrate why they need that support; this request would then be reviewed by the Council. It is imagined that the business would receive 1,2 or 3 days of support from a consultant to solve their problem and help them on the journey.

Each intervention will need to provide a report / summary of intervention that supports the work done and any comments from the consultant that help and support the client.

Following on from previous years the support can followed the following themes outlined below, we will be broadly looking at similar, but this will depend upon what the market seeks and the expert’s knowledge.

Customisation of software or app development

Social Media Development or Implementation
