Working in co-ordination with Darlington Borough Council, Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) would like to support a bus service extension providing coverage to the growing residential and retail areas in the West Park area of Darlington.
TVCA is seeking to procure an operator to run the extension for a one-year pilot, there will also be an optional extension period of a further year, subject to agreement. During this period, TVCA will provide financial support for the service. There will be a 3-month cancellation clause for the contract, should this be required.
