Abstract

Social Care Wales is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled strategic partner to provide support, development and consultancy service for our existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing and the SCWOnline capabilities as a priority. We require assurances on bidders ability to work collaboratively with our internal and potential external stakeholders, as such we have identified the following requirements that will be assessed as part of the tender process. Provide market research to identify what solutions exist that could support the Digital Strategy and identifying integration. Supporting alignment between business, technology, and support requirements Standard delivery and release cycles for testing and release (UAT, DEV, Live etc.) Ensure the right resources are aligned at the right SFIA grades for each tasking. Ensure alignment across all workstreams. Maintaining interoperability across all Digital Services Support the development of future requirements. Alignment to SCW’s Governance and Accountability Maintain system availability and resilience, with a priority for maintain Business Continuity across all services Provision of a multidisciplinary teams for SCWonline with all the skills needed - user  research, design, software eng, delivery etc. Supporting the transfer of knowledge and skills to the SCW Digital Team and wider teams Supporting resource development through recognised Graduate Training or work based training schemes.

Additional Information

Social Care Wales will be holding a supplier engagement teams call on Wednesday 4th October 14.00-15.00.

During this call the project team will outline the upcoming opportunity and be on hand to answer any questions interested suppliers may have. Likewise, the project team may ask questions to the suppliers to better understand the market and help finalise the specification.

In terms for further timeframes, we are hoping to commission this tender in the next month, with contract mobilisation estimated to be April 2024.
