A Client Advice Management solution - a specialised advice management system for vulnerable clients, with a financial assessment tool in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements for understanding clients' needs and circumstances. It must be capable of producing a Financial Statement which meets the requirements of the FCA with an inbuilt electronic document records management system that marries electronic records to clients' current advice and applies relevant retention periods, to include functionality for managing and setting controls around conflicts of interest between clients as per FCA rules.

Explanation
Only one possible provider to meet all requirements has been identified. Derby Homes Ltd posted a VEAT notice to confirm no other options exist following our due diligence, to be transparent about action taken and why. The contract term will allow a competitive process in the future if alternatives exist which we have otherwise been unable to identify or develop in the future.
