Conflicts of interest identified among group: 1 perceived.
The Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) stated that she had no existing conflict of interest (CoI) however wanted to declare that it might be perceived by others as she was former Managing Partner for an organisation that manages GP practices in Northamptonshire. The nature and risk of this conflict was assessed and a decision made to review upon receipt of the applications to see if any of these practices were interested in the opportunity. Following the deadline for submission, none of the practices which were previously managed by the SRO had submitted a response. The CoI was further reviewed and it was agreed that no further action or mitigation was required.
