The Tendered Opportunity is for the development of the single existing M&S landside unit (Unit 10.341) into 3 separate retail units. This project forms part of the ongoing Commercial Retail Space Strategy that LLA will be undertaking in the landside/arrivals area of the terminal.
This opportunity is for the construction of the shell and core of these units for future fit out for the incoming concessionaires. Please see section 3.3 below as to the specification of what is required.
