Abstract

Cardiff University has recently established a Continuous Improvement Hub to oversee the delivery ofimproved processes across the organisation. In February 2025 we trained a group of 40 staff in LeanCompetency System level 1b&c (yellow belt equivalent) and 12 in level 2 (green belt equivalent).These 12 staff completed both yellow and green belt.
