Access to the site is restricted to registered learners, the organisation's own staff, and supervised visitors.
There is a safeguarding lead at the setting who has received appropriate, documented training.
Where appropriate, children with needs relating to health, disability or a special educational need should have individualised plans in place to help meet their needs.
Has the local authority quality assured this unregistered alternative provision against a set of objective standards?
Is the AP accepting that they will need to facilitate weekly face to face opportunities and half termly unanounced visits?
