Phase 1 - There is a budget of £125,000 (inclusive of any applicable VAT) agreed.  

Phase 1 – Will run from 3 November 2025 until 31 March 2026, with a possibility of being extended into Phase 2.  

Phase 2 - The budget is yet to be confirmed; however, suppliers are asked to provide indicative pricing for information only.

Phase 2 – If extended, will run for a further 12 months from 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027, up to a total contract period of 17 months.
