Abstract

A capital works project which includes training for local skills needs. This includes technical and vocational bespoke intensive training interventions that can provide a pathway to level 2 & level 3 and training for vocational licenses relevant to local area needs, and high-demand qualifications where there is a need for additional skills capacity that is not being met through other provision.
