It emphasises a trauma-informed approach and the importance of collaboration with various agencies to enhance support for individuals. The provider of the service will also be invited to actively participate in future development of services and their design.
Service Scope: The service provides flexible support to adults over 18 with multiple exclusions and challenges associated to their mental health issues, substance misuse, dealing with the criminal justice system which consequently means that they are at risk of becoming homeless or are homeless.
