3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Sell2Wales postbox by 12 Noon on 10 October 2025. Tenderers must upload all required documents in PDF format using the file naming convention: CompanyName_ChristmasLights2025.pdf

The contract/tenderer will need to be able to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Summary submission requirement (checklist) is provided in the Invitation to Tender document. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Important to note that the christmas lighting may only be errected in the week following Remembrance/Armistice Day - ie 11 November. 14 Scope of Works - Erection and removal of lights - Timings

Item 1 6)- erection and removal of Christmas Street Lighting Display in Haverfordwest Town Centre.

Important to note that the christmas lighting may only be errected in the week following Remembrance/Armistice Day - ie 11 November. The contractor must therefore be available and prepared to erect the lighting immediately after this period.
