Report on the funding of Welsh-medium and bilingual provision in the tertiary education sector

Description of the goods or services required
The Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol (the Coleg) wishes to appoint a qualified company or consultant to provide a report on the funding patterns of Welsh-medium and bilingual provision in the tertiary education sector in Wales.
The work includes investigating the current funding arrangements relating to Welsh-medium and bilingual provision in the tertiary sector; in-depth consideration of the challenges and opportunities associated with funding this provision, including strategic, geographical and economic considerations; developing a set of practical, evidence-based recommendations for improving and maintaining sustainable funding in this area.
The results will be presented in a formal report, following strategic analysis, and include practical solutions for the short and medium term.
