Digital Community Schools Booking System for Vale of Glamorgan Council

Description of the goods or services required

The council is seeking to procure the development of a digital booking system that can be used across Vale of Glamorgan schools to support them to open up access to existing school assets for wider community use. Developing a digital booking system will act as a key enabler for schools to build a strong and varied programme of community-focused activities.

Stage 1 Foundations- Milestone: Core platform and design signed off by 31st December 2025

Stage 2 System build and launch- Milestone: Core booking system go live and operational by 31st March 2026 (which includes a 2-week window for system testing with users).

Stage 3 Further system enhancements and roll out-Milestone: full system development of further enhancements and hand over by 31st May 2026.
