Explanation
The contract awarded has been awarded by direct award under the NHS Shared Business Services Audio Visual Solutions and Integrated Operating Theatres 2 Framework Agreement (Ref: SBS10245). The framework was established following a competitive procurement process and permits direct award to an appointed supplier in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract is a call-off under the existing framework and therefore no separate call for competition was required.
