We wish to contract with a supplier who can provide a reliable and high-quality range of cleaning services that meet Estyn’s needs.

The successful Contractor will be required to:

• provide a reliable and high-quality range of cleaning services that meet Estyn’s needs.

• react to issues in line with agreed performances indicators.

• ensure confidentiality and security of work at all times.

• address fully and promptly any queries or quality issues which may arise.

• adhere to health and safety and environmental legislation in carrying out their work.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The Contract shall commence on 2 November 2026 and continue for an initial term of 24 months (2 November 2026 to 31 October 2028). Subject to continued satisfactory Contractor performance, Estyn reserves the option to extend the Contract for up to two further periods of 12 months, on the same terms and conditions. Full possible contract duration 4 years (via a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years).
