Procurement description

The Welsh Government are delivering a framework agreement for Print Services on an All Wales basis.

The framework will be used by Welsh Government departments, with individual jobs managed through Welsh Government's central Print Team.

The Framework agreement will be split into 4 Lots covering the following range of requirements.

 Lot 1: All Wales Commercial High Volume Print

 Lot 2: All Wales Commercial Medium to Low Volume Print

 Lot 3: All Wales Specialist Print and Finishing

 Lot 4: Cattle Passports

Framework operation description

All information associated to framework operation is clearly outlined in the ITT.

Description

This Lot will have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers. The eight top scoring bidders will be awarded a place on the framework.

This Lot is for customers who have a requirement to deal directly with a print manufacturer for high volume print, (e.g. runs in excess of 40,000 for 8pp A4/16pp A5 etc,) for a range of print services that may include, but not be limited to brochures, catalogues, marketing literature, and reports etc.

Suppliers bidding for the Welsh Government Print Framework are required to submit a separate and complete tender response for each individual lot they wish to be considered for. Each lot will be evaluated independently, and bidders must ensure that their submission fully addresses the requirements specific to that lot. A single bid submitted across multiple lots will not be accepted as covering all lots; therefore, suppliers must clearly identify and submit distinct responses for each lot they intend to bid for.

This Lot will have up to a maximum of 10 Suppliers. The ten top scoring will be successful in being added to the framework.

This Lot is for customers who have a requirement to deal direct with a print manufacturer for a range of print services of medium to low print runs (e.g. runs for 5,000 up to 40,000 of 16pp A4 /32pp A5 etc). Also Small to Medium sheet fed offset for medium runs (e.g. for 500 A4 up to 5000 8pp A4/16pp A5 etc) that may include, but not be limited to marketing literature, reports, brochures, information booklets, stationery, folders, NCR sets / pads, etc.
