Haringey Council is procuring four Partnering Contracts across four geographical Lots, with four separate Providers for the delivery of the Council's Capital Housing Repairs and Maintenance Programme over an intended 10-year term (5 years + 5 years optional extension).

i. Ensuring that all stock meets the Decent Homes Standard and this is maintained going forward.
