This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by XXXXXXXXXX. This contract has not yet been formally awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.<br/><br/>Representations should be made to https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome the reference is C443325.<br/><br/>The decision to award the contracts were made by the Midlands Health and Justice Assurance and Improvement Group. <br/><br/>There were no Conflicts of Interest.<br/><br/>Following completion of the Competitive Process, the Authority evaluated all compliant bids against the published award criteria and identified the highest scoring provider for each lot.<br/><br/>Lot 1: The chosen provider achieved the highest overall evaluation score for this geographical area. The provider demonstrated a strong understanding of the requirements for the Integrated Non-Custodial Service, including Liaison and Diversion, Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR) and RECONNECT services. The submission evidenced robust service delivery arrangements, effective partnership working across health and justice systems, strong governance arrangements, workforce capability and a clear approach to achieving positive outcomes for service users.<br/><br/>Lot 2: The chosen provider achieved the highest overall evaluation score for this geographical area. The provider demonstrated a comprehensive and credible approach to delivering the Integrated Non-Custodial Service, including Liaison and Diversion, Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR) and RECONNECT services. The submission evidenced robust service delivery arrangements, effective partnership working across health and justice systems, strong governance arrangements, workforce capability and a clear approach to achieving positive outcomes for service users.<br/><br/>The Authority concluded that the successful providers offered the best overall solutions for their respective lots and were most capable of delivering safe, effective, integrated and sustainable services in accordance with the published requirements and evaluation criteria.
