Explanation
The contract is being awarded through a compliant Framework Agreement that permits direct award without the need for a further competition. Following a review of the Authority's requirements for NinjaOne Enterprise licences, GSA determined that Phoenix Software Limited is capable of meeting those requirements through the Framework. The direct award has been undertaken in accordance with the Framework terms and conditions.
