CUSTODY AND OFFENDER MEDICAL SERVICES (COMS) have been engaged by NHSH for many years to deliver custody and forensic services to NHSH. The unique ability of this specialist locum agency to provide forensic medical examinations and gather forensic evidence from suspects and victims is the criteria chosen
