Explanation
This procurement was conducted against the G-Cloud 14 agreement (RM1557.14), which is under PCR 2015 Regulations. The estimated value of the contract is below the applicable PCR threshold so an OJEU/FTS Contract Notice is not required.
Procurement followed the G-Cloud 14 defined 6-step buying process to ensure compliance with the framework. Under the PCR 2015 Regulations, a prior publication notice is not required on Find a Tender service for this process.
