**CONTRACT AWARD***<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>A further competition has been undertaken against the ESPO Framework 245_25 Provision of Grounds and Gardens Maintenance, under Lot 1.<br/><br/><br/>The tender has been evaluated and awarded as per the evaluation tender set out in the ITT documentation.<br/><br/><br/>This contract is for the provision of Grounds and gardens maintenance service to NHC estate. <br/><br/><br/>The contract is for the period 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, but has options to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 months, meaning the final possible expiry date is 28 February 2031. The estimated contract value on this notice includes the extension years.
