Short Contract Description

The Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) regularly procures several software licenses for use across the business. These are licenses that sit outside the WRA’s main Microsoft agreement. For example:• Zscaler• Atlassian• FigmaThe WRA have let an agreement with a Single Software Supplier to meet these needs on a call off basis.The length of the contract is 24 months with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The need for licences would be on an ad hoc basis therefore there is no guarantee of spend going through this contract. We would estimate a spend of up to 300,000 GBP per annum.The WRA are using the Welsh Government IT Products and Services Framework (WGCD-ICT-124-23) Lot 2 Software, to procure this call off contract. This opportunity is only available to suppliers who were successful in being awarded a place on this framework/lot.
