II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Scottish Water Scientific Services is responsible for collecting and analysing water samples for regulatory compliance monitoring and operational purposes. The laboratory is accredited to ISO17025, DWTS, MACS and ISO14001. We will be looking to purchase nutrient analyser system(s) with appropriate detection for the analysis of Ammonia, Total Oxidised Nitrogen, Nitrite, Phosphate and Chloride in Drinking water, wastewater and other environmental matrices to meet the Scottish water regulations (same requirement as EU drinking water directive).
