Westminster City Council conducted a competitive procurement for Enforcement Agent Services. The opportunity was advertised publicly through the Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder on 20 February 2025. Interested economic operators were provided with unrestricted access to the procurement documents and invited to submit tenders. The procurement was conducted as an open competitive process and resulted in the award of concession contracts to the successful tenderers following evaluation.
