The objective of this potential future procurement process is to appoint a service provider capable of providing licenses for blocking software that:

o Blocks a wide range of gambling websites, apps and other digital methods of gambling & has high reliability and accessibility for all participants

o Difficult to remove from devices and difficult to circumvent restrictions

o Is safe and secure service

o Has Bilingual service provision (Welsh)

o Has Multilingual service provision

o Is based on lived experience

o Difficult to remove from devices and difficult to circumvent restrictions
