Mae Merthyr Tudful yn Ceisio Ceisiadau gan gwmnïau profiadol i gyflwyno arfarniad o opsiynau ar gyfer Hen Neuadd y Dref yng Nghanol Tref Merthyr Tudful (a elwir bellach yn Redhouse). Bydd y comisiwn yn darparu sylfaen dystiolaeth i lywio penderfyniadau buddsoddi yn y dyfodol, ceisiadau am gyllid a chynllunio busnes, gan sicrhau bod yr ased yn cyfrannu at uchelgeisiau adfywio ehangach Canol Tref Merthyr Tudful. Merthyr Tydfil is Seeking Bids from experienced companies to deliver an options appraisal for the Old Town Hall in Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre (now known as the Redhouse). The commission will provide an evidence base to inform future investment decisions, funding applications and business planning, ensuring the asset contributes to the wider regeneration ambitions of Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre.
