AHDB conducted a further competition under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework (Cloud Software Lot) for the provision of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Project Management Office (PMO) solution, including implementation, onboarding and support services. The solution will provide project, programme and portfolio management capabilities to support organisational governance, reporting, resource management, workflow automation and benefits realisation. Following evaluation in accordance with the G-Cloud 14 call-off procedure, the call-off contract was awarded to TMI Systems Limited.

Explanation
The contract was awarded following a further competition conducted under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software. The framework was established and advertised in accordance with the relevant procurement regulations and permits the award of call-off contracts without the publication of a separate contract notice. AHDB conducted a further competition in accordance with the framework call-off procedure and awarded the contract to the supplier that submitted the most economically advantageous tender.
