Abstract
The Port of Milford Haven intends to undertake repair and refurbishment works to the outer mitre gates at Milford Docks, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.
Whilst the overall structural condition of the gates is considered to be good to fair for lock gates of this age, repairs and refurbishment works are anticipated in relation to: anchor blocks, headstocks, gudgeon assemblies, and pintles.
The final scope of works is currently under development and may be refined prior to commencement of any procurement process.
