Justification for selected award procedure:
The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation
The Ecofit stems are unique to one particular supplier and is used elderly THR's and Hemis.
The ACS TKR are the only truly mobile bearing knees available in the market that are coated in TiN, and are ODEP 10B rated.
CCI Femoral Heads are coated in TiN and are only available from one supplier.
MUTARS System has Activ Silver coating, with low pH during infections and is only available from one supplier.
Custom Acetabular components with 3D printed implants, one off CT generated space filling cups for massive defects.
