Abstract

We require a supplier to develop a Strengths Based Framework and a Situational Strengths Online Test as part of delivering an innovative All Wales Public Service General Management Graduate Programme in Wales. The Strengths Based Framework for the Public Service in Wales will be based on the Welsh Public Service Values and Behaviours Framework, and will be used initially for the recruitment of graduates to the Programme, but will also support the wider Welsh public service for strengths-based recruitment. The Online test will be an-online high volume strengths based sifting tool, assessing the strengths required for graduates in the Welsh public service, focussed on the strengths framework referenced above. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development and delivery of the Graduate Programme– the first of its kind , designed to be a fast track programme for graduates designed specifically to meet the strategic requirements for sound managerial capability within the public service in Wales.
