Conwy County Borough Council wishes to procure the services of an experienced Company to undertake a comprehensive study on the night time economy across Conwy County, preparing a feasibility study outlining a number of recommended interventions to help improve and grow the night time economy within Conwy County.

The feasibility report should include (but is not limited to):
• a county-wide survey mapping out and reviewing the current night time economy activity (This can be incorporated as part of the feasibility study or a stand-alone mapping document).
• a SWOT analysis of the development of the night time economy.
• Research of other similar areas in the UK and Europe demonstrating best practice of developing a thriving night time economy from which there is an opportunity to learn and develop.
• A number of recommended interventions that will support development and growth of the night time economy in Conwy County, with the ambition of becoming a Purple Flag destination.

This project is commissioned by Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) via the Shared Prosperity Fund North Wales which is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. For the avoidance of doubt, the successful bidder will be expected to enter a contract with CCBC only.
