To undertake refurbishment of selected offices within Ty Crawshay and

Brecon Building in the Treforest Campus.

Refurbishment works to be undertaken to Ty Crawshay and B Block 2nd Floor. Works to be undertaken include Painting, Flooring, ceiling tiles, small power, lighting, blinds and shelving. Please refer to the schedule of works and specification for full details of requirements.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided;

Meet the critical programme deadline;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit;

Fully price the tender as stipulated in the Schedule of rates.

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 8th December 2023.
