Pobl Group is proposing to develop a greenfield site located at Ty Mawr Croespenmaen, to create a mixture of one and two bedroom residential properties. The site will require development work to be undertaken to both hard and soft landscaping, as well as new services infrastructure and Section 278 Works. The contractor chosen will be required to build the scheme and employ a suitably qualified design team (including the novated design team commissioned by the Client) to ensure the requirements of Pobl Group and any legal obligations in respect of designs are met.

Bidders who request a PQQ will also be provided with a memorandum of information which provides additional outline information in relation to the services being procured.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
The Contracting Authority will not accept PQQ submissions after the stated closing date.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part, or annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
