Consultancy and Project Management support with the implementation of the Health and Social Care Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund (IRCF) programme in North Wales.
This requirement is for an individual or organisation with the experience, expertise and capacity to support the North Wales Regional Partnership Board (NWRPB) to develop and progress the ongoing work associated with the delivery of the NWRPB 10-Year Strategic Capital Plan.
The NWRPB has been identified as a critical vehicle to lead the development of a joined-up approach to planning health, social care and housing capital investment that can enable seamless service delivery closer to home for the citizens of North Wales.
Specifically, the NWRPB will have a key role in taking forward the development of integrated health and social care hubs as well as rebalancing the residential care market.
